1. About us

ParkingBristolAirport.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a parking booking service for Bristol Airport. Bookings are fulfilled by our operational team and, where applicable, assigned partner operators acting on our instruction.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation email containing your unique booking reference (beginning MAG-). Until you receive this email, your booking is not confirmed.

It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct — including vehicle registration, drop-off and return dates, and contact details. We accept no liability for issues arising from incorrect information provided at the time of booking.

You must be 18 or over to make a booking.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are per booking, not per person or per vehicle. No booking fees are charged.

Prices are dynamic and may change at any time. The price you see when you search is not guaranteed until you complete your booking and receive a confirmation email.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your card details. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge your card for the full booking amount. We accept card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5. Cancellations and amendments

Free cancellation

Bookings offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your drop-off date. The specific cancellation policy is displayed on each booking before you pay.

Late cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of drop-off may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking value, at our discretion.

No shows

If you fail to arrive without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Amendments

To amend your booking dates or details, contact us as early as possible at bookings@parkingbristolairport.co.uk. Amendments are subject to availability and may affect the price.

6. Your vehicle

You confirm that your vehicle is roadworthy, taxed and insured for the duration of the parking period. We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle.

You must arrive in the vehicle whose registration you provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse vehicles that do not match the booking.

Oversized vehicles (vans, minibuses, vehicles with roof boxes exceeding standard height) may not be accepted. Please contact us before booking if you have a non-standard vehicle.

7. Service fulfilment

Where a booking is fulfilled by an assigned partner operator, we will send you their contact details with your confirmation. Any issues arising during the parking period (damage, loss, delays) should be raised with us and, where relevant, the fulfilling operator, as soon as possible.

We vet and monitor everyone who handles your vehicle. However, our liability for the acts or omissions of independent third parties is limited as set out below.

8. Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the total amount paid for that booking.

We are not liable for:

• Missed flights or travel disruption caused by parking delays
• Loss of personal belongings left in your vehicle
• Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Free upgrade guarantee

If your booked service is unavailable on the day for reasons within our control, we will arrange a free upgrade to the next available category of parking at no additional cost to you. You must contact us immediately at the time of the issue — we cannot offer upgrades retrospectively.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at bookings@parkingbristolairport.co.uk within 14 days of your return date. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

11. Intellectual property

All content on ParkingBristolAirport.co.uk — including text, design and code — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of our service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
